Netherlands Institute in Turkey is hosting the Experience Sharing Meeting of NGOs  organized with Europa Nostra and the Netherlands Institute for Heritage (Erfgoed Nederland). The goal of this meeting will be to share experiences with NGO’s from Holland and Turkey on heritage issues concerning legislation, management, communication and best (and worst) practices.
The basis for the cooperation is to empower the civil society with first-hand stories and experiences, and sharing these between Turkish and Dutch NGO’s. Themes to be discussed include cooperation with local and national government, communication with media, access for youth and public participation.
A detailed program is included.

English-Turkish and Turkish English simultaneous translation will be provided.

We hope to welcome you in the audience and ask that you register beforehand with Europa Nostra Turkey (info@europanostraistanbul2010.org; 0212 244 8933).
