The NIT offers two types of Fellowships. The first one is an NIT fellowship awarded to 4 to 5 graduate students (MA, rMA, Ph.D.) each year enrolled in universities in the Netherlands for a short research stay at the Netherlands Institute in Turkey (Istanbul). The institute offers up to one month of free accommodation in the institute and an allowance for living expenses of up to 250 euros.
The second is the fellowship that the NIT launched in collaboration with the National Museum of Antiquities (RMO) and together, we offer a bursary for a research stay of two months at the NIT and living expenses of 2000 euros plus 500 euros for travel expenses between Holland and Turkey.
