Sedef Yurdagul is an archaeologist doing her masters in Cultural Heritage and Sustainability at Uppsala University. She is interested in gender, intersectional archaeology, the climate crisis, intangible and tangible heritage and how that can be used for a more sustainable present and future. Right now, she is interning at The Netherlands Institute in Istanbul (NIT) until mid-December, while writing her master’s thesis on multiculturalism, integration and the intangible and tangible heritage of the Turkish diaspora in Sweden.
